Pablo Azar puzzles art to benefit Autism
Pablo Azar is a talented artist/cartoonist born in Mexico. His enigmatic pieces will be exhibited in a benefit solo show next April 25 in the Wynwood Art District at Miami. His artworks are composed by tiny cartoon figures that using the pixel art technique compose amazing shapes from the micro to the macro perception.
His art pieces were specifically chosen for this benefit art show since the benefactor is Autism Speaks. The puzzle is the symbol of autism, a condition that is still under permanent search for “the missing piece”.
Azar is not only a fine art artist but also an actor and instructor. He was born in Mexico City, as a child he was always a shy boy who liked to be in touch with his own thoughts and ideas, developing his fascination for the arts and everything that could be expressed through his own hands. He has achieved extraordinary success as an international painter and actor.
Since the beginning of his life, Azar showed great affinity for the performing and visual arts, participating in theater and painting festivals nationwide. Pablo has successfully exhibited his artworks in Asia, US, Latin America, Europe and US.
In our interview with the artist in his studio in Wynwood he quoted: “Art is an excellent way of expression for children and adults. Art also stimulates creativity, concentration and self-esteem”. He encourages his followers to motivate children to participate in the arts. Azar offers cartooning workshops on Saturday mornings at his studio located in 151 NW 36 St, Miami FL 33127.
The benefit event programmed for Saturday 25 will be a unique opportunity to help the autism awareness cause while meeting the artist Pablo Azar. This event will combine a fun night with food, wine tasting, dance, auction and art exhibition for a small entrance fee of $20. The venue for the event is MIArt Space located at 151 NW 36 St, Miami FL at 8:00pm.
